My online community is such a treasure! We call ourselves the Consistency Crew because that is our main mission: to remain consistent. Our group is held in a private app that you can download onto your phone for free! This app has all your workouts, meal plans, OUR GROUP, and is also a great place for you to keep track of all the progress you make along the way.
Every morning, I as your wellness mentor, will put up a post for the day. This varies on motivation, success stories, tips for meal planning, mindset moments and so much more! One of my favorite aspects of the group is seeing so many different women build connections they never would have otherwise. If you are looking for a place to feel connected, even working out at home, this community is the place for you! We snuff out perfection and just keep showing up each day with the best we have and cheer each other on along the way!

I really don’t think there is anything else better out there, than the meal plans that we offer!
My favorite, focuses on portion control and has been instrumental in helping gain the fitness and weight loss goals I always hoped for. The portion control containers are a great way to remove decisions fatigue when it comes to planning and reaching your goals. This is a structured program which is also something I thrive in.
Our other meal plan focuses on how to plate your food. I have had many clients find great success with this program when they have had 50+ pounds to lose. It helps provide you with a more open ended approach, and teaches you how to fuel your body properly, while focusing on your mindset and your relationship with food.

Where do I start with these?! Our at home workouts have been apart of my life for the past 7 years. What started out as a weight loss journey, quickly turned into a lifestyle journey! With HUNDREDS of workouts to choose from, you are guaranteed to find one that best works for your lifestyle and fitness abilities. I love that with our new BODi blocks, we focus on 3 weeks of work, followed by one week of rest and recovery. During this week is when I like to get outside and hike! The creators of our workouts have taken the science behind muscle building in the body and have incorporated into each new BODi Block. My FAVORITE piece of these workouts (other than being able to do them anywhere!) is that they beautifully supplement the outside active lifestyle that I want to live! They will certainly do the same for you!
